Why is BudgetAI.nl cheaper than other AI training?
Because we offer everything online or as a DIY kit. You pay no travel costs, room hire or expensive half-day sessions on location.
How much does online Copilot training cost?
An online Copilot Kickstart for a group of up to 15 people costs €595 excl. VAT. That's €39.67 per person with 15 participants.
How do I order?
Email info@budgetai.nl or use the "I'm interested" button. You'll get a reply within 1 working day.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. After confirmation by email you receive an invoice.
Which platform is used for the online training?
Microsoft Teams. You receive a link in advance.
What language are the products in?
All products are available in Dutch and English. You choose the language when you make your request.
Do I need a Copilot licence?
For most parts, yes. Without a licence you can follow part of the training with Copilot Chat.
Can I change the date of a training?
Yes, up to 4 weeks in advance. Cancellation is not possible.
Can I share a prompt pack or presentation with colleagues?
No, a licence is per person. For more colleagues, enter the number of licences in the form.
Can we play an AI game without a trainer?
Yes. You receive a complete game kit with a game master guide, so someone from your own team can run the game.
How fast will I receive an AI game?
Fact or Fable within 5 working days, the other games within 7 working days after confirmation. Rush delivery is available at extra cost; ask info@budgetai.nl for the price. The digital part and the kit by post both arrive within that time.
Does training help with AI literacy?
Training is a practical first step towards the AI literacy the EU AI Act requires. It is not legal advice or a certificate.
