Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all offers and agreements of BudgetAI.nl.

Ordering: an agreement is formed after confirmation by email. You then receive an invoice.

Training and inspiration sessions: the date can be changed up to 4 weeks in advance. Cancellation is not possible.

Licences: prompt packs and presentations are licensed per person. Reselling or sharing outside the licence is not permitted.

AI game delivery: Fact or Fable within 5 working days, other games within 7 working days after confirmation.

Prices: all prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Liability: BudgetAI.nl is not liable for indirect damage. The content of training sessions and materials is compiled with care, but may contain errors.
