What determines the price of Copilot training?
Three things drive the price of training: where it takes place, how it's charged and how long it lasts.

On-site training means a trainer has to travel and a room is needed. Those costs always end up in the price. Online, they disappear. It also matters a lot whether you pay per person or per group: with a fixed group price, every extra participant lowers the cost per head.

The Copilot Kickstart is a video training at €595 per training. The price stays the same whether you watch with 1 person or with 15. With 15 people that's €39.67 per person.
Small team or freelancer? An open training seat at €59 is often the smartest choice.
Should you choose the Kickstart or the Deep Dive?
The Kickstart is for teams just starting out or barely using Copilot. You learn the basics in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
The Deep Dive is for teams who already know the basics. You work on better prompts, Copilot Chat with your own files and simple agents.
- Fewer than half your team uses Copilot weekly? Choose the Kickstart.
- Your team uses Copilot daily but gets little out of it? Choose the Deep Dive.
- Not sure? Start with the Kickstart and book the Deep Dive a few weeks later.
Do you need a Copilot licence?
You need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence for all parts of the training. Without one you can follow part of it with Copilot Chat. Tell us in the interest form how many participants have a licence and we'll take it into account.

What if the date no longer works?
You receive the Kickstart as a video within 24 hours after confirmation. For the live Deep Dive you can change the date up to 4 weeks in advance. Cancellation is not possible. That keeps our prices low and predictable.
